Community Homes
Providing a home where one can feel safe, cared for and learn to be more independent. Supports may include anything, (health, community, recreation etc.), that will enable one to live their best life.
Home & Community Supports
Providing support in one's own home and community so you can be as independent as possible. Depending on one's needs, these supports could be for budgeting, meal planning and cooking, going to the doctor, buying groceries and getting into your community to have FUN!
Life-Sharing
Providing stable long-term living in a family home. These supports offer one shared life experiences, a caring household, and opportunities to build relationships within their community.
